TrackPro Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when you can get a refund from TrackPro, operated by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] ("TrackPro", "we", "us"). It forms part of our Terms of Service.

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Every new membership comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee. If TrackPro is not for you, email info@trackproacademy.com within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund that payment in full. The guarantee applies to your initial purchase, once per customer.

How to Request a Refund

Email info@trackproacademy.com from the address on your account, within the 14-day window, and tell us you would like a refund. We will process eligible refunds to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days. The time it takes to appear depends on your bank or card provider.

After the 14 Days

After the 14-day window, payments already made are non-refundable, including for partly used periods. You can cancel at any time from your account or by emailing us. Cancelling stops all future renewals, and your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Monthly Plans

Cancel any time before your next monthly renewal to avoid the next charge. We do not provide partial refunds for the current month once it has started, beyond the initial 14-day guarantee.

Annual Plans

The 14-day guarantee applies from your initial annual purchase. After 14 days, the annual fee is non-refundable. Cancelling stops the plan from renewing at the end of the current year.

VIP Membership

VIP includes personal coaching elements such as onboard lap reviews alongside the standard membership. The 14-day guarantee applies from purchase provided no personal coaching session has yet been delivered. Once a personal coaching session has been used or delivered, that portion is non-refundable.

Free Trials and Promotions

Where a free trial is offered, you will not be charged if you cancel before it ends. Memberships purchased under a promotion are refundable only on the amount actually paid.

Chargebacks

If you have a billing concern, please contact us first. We will almost always sort it out faster than a card dispute. Raising a chargeback without contacting us may result in your account being suspended.

Your Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or other laws that cannot lawfully be excluded.
